Budgeting!

I thought that I would share my next post about something that I have a love/hate relationship with...budgeting! Ugg. Yet, it has enabled my family to send my kids to a private school, go on fun vacations we probably wouldn't have been able to do otherwise, AND I'm able to take my guitar lessons! My husband and I took a financial class years ago, and through that, I learned that my approach with money is "free spirit". That's the part of me that HATES the budgeting! I want to be able to spend my money when I want, the way I want, and where I want! Don't get me wrong, I want nothing to do with actual credit cards, I just don't want to be told what to do with my money! But, then I'm reminded that it's not actually mine in the first place...it is God's, and I need to glorify Him with the money He blesses me with. So why not add some fun to something that I really don't enjoy in the first place....stickers!!!! When I discovered the Budget sticker pack, it didn't interest me at first, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized it might help me organize our categories a bit more, and like I said, with some cool stickers, stickers always make everything better, right! So, when I remembered I had a 50% off coupon for Michaels, I thought that I would go and finally purchase the Budget sticker pack, and I love it! When I put more of them into use, I'll post a pic of that as well.
